So I know this was a big turn off for most if not all of you…. But, im hoping I found a work around.

So one of our new recruits helped me fill the server tonight (PBB2_Time) and he was on the other team until we filled up. After filling up, I invited him to the party (which is was able to join, and use the in game party chat although he was on the other team.) We tried this 3 times and upon next map load we tried something different.

Apparently you can be in the same party chat, on 2 different teams, and still use in game party chat (Yellow) even though your not on the same team, or even server. Here was our fix.

1. As admin, I made 3 spots (2 for us, and one for good measure). I left the game (you can leave your server, go to HOST, then rejoin your own server without taking it down). Once I left the server we were still in the same Party (Yellow chat).
2. I rejoined the server, we both joined together and stayed together the entire rest of the night.

YES, I know this is retarded and more of the reason no one wants to play this game, but this is the only work around I have found. On a side note, if you hit ESC and go to “Squads & Players” you can right click on your name to make a new squad, however you cannot name it what you want. You have to coordinate with the other person waiting in Party.

So Long story short, if you all want to be on the same team, you will need to create the party in game (under Social “bottom right corner” then get in that party, and join the server with enough room on the team you are trying to get on.
